Land Assemblies Vancouver

My partners and I started this land assembly in Coquitlam before the City Official Community Plan (OCP) was in process.  The new SkyTrain was coming through, the station was being built, and the properties were being re-zoned.

We knocked doors, Hello, how are you?  Are you aware of the new zoning, and the increasing value of your home?  Homeowners were warm to your introduction, and wanted to know more of the new zoning, and what was going on in the area.

Many Sellers wanted to wait for the Developer to approach them directly, but we explained the benefits of them having their own representation as a Home Ownership Group.  With that approach we could reach out to many Developers--instead of just one--and get the best results and terms for our Sellers--SOLD.
