WestJet flight attendant safety demo goes viral

Saskatchewan-based TM’z Veterinary Clinic added a cellphone video to their Facebook page on Friday of flight attendant Michael McAdams performing his new take on the traditional safety demonstration.

“We had the best in flight crew on WestJet,” the clinic posted to Facebook along with the video. “Laughed so hard… Enjoy, we certainly did!” The video has since gone viral with more than 5.5 million views.

One Facebook user commented,”I am a flight attendant and NEVER have I heard people so enthused about the safety demo. BRAVO!”

But some viewers are obviously not as supportive of the demonstration saying it is “far from being professional” and “demeaning the importance of safety.”

Whether you think McAdams’ demonstration is funny or not, it is definitely refreshing to see someone enjoying their time at work so much and making an effort to actually get passengers to pay attention
