Looks like someone is going to have a lot of explaining to do to ICBC today...

Witnesses tell us someone had driven down to the boat launch in Richmond at about 11 a.m. this morning. After a few successful doughnuts, it looks like the Jeep went too far out and got stuck. 

The tide was already on its way in and despite their best efforts, the occupants had to retreat to shore and the Jeep is now stuck in the rising water.

Shawn Nagurny isn't it sad that our society thrives on other peoples heartache and not one person would offer to help this person in their time of need who was just out for the day wanting to do some off roading and have some fun and made the mistake of getting stuck and not one person in this area would go out and help. If i didn't live out of town I would have been down there to lend a hand and get them out.
